Uchaguzi Sasa provides unofficial public opinion data. Results are not IEBC results, certified tallies, or predictions of election outcomes unless a page is explicitly labelled otherwise.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to manipulate polls with bots, fake phones, or coordinated abuse
- Do not attack, scrape destructively, or probe private Campaign HQ data
- Do not submit false candidate identities or misleading campaign materials
- Agents must only operate within assigned geography and role
Accounts & sessions
Admin and agent accounts may be suspended for abuse. Sessions may be terminated for security. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued to you.
Content
Candidate biographies, photos, and manifestos are provided by submitters or authorised agents. We may remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates these terms.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as-is for civic information and engagement. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of opinion poll snapshots on this site.
