- Phone + OTP verification required for each vote
- One vote per phone number per position every 7 days (e.g. all MCA wards share one lock)
- Percentages = candidate votes ÷ total votes in this race
- Exact vote counts always shown alongside percentages
- Historical votes are never silently altered
